Addressing performance anxiety involves a multi-faceted approach. Firstly, preparation and practice are essential. Being well-prepared can boost confidence and reduce the fear of the unknown. Secondly, mindfulness and relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or progressive muscle relaxation can help calm the mind and body.

Do you offer summer programs, too? Yes! We offer 2-week intensive but fun project-based workshops for students ages 9-12 and 13-18 with the option of choosing a performance or music production path.
